Mindy has 25+ years of experience in producing events, having worked in both entertainment and corporate settings, in roles ranging from stage manager to producer. Mindy, a certified personal trainer, is passionate about health and fitness.

Grace Anzelmo joined LMG in 2013 to establish and oversee the convention operations at our Music City Center onsite office. She has over 25 years of experience in event production, stage management, project management, and operations. Grace now oversees the overall management of LMG’s convention operations nationwide to ensure consistency of our processes and fulfillment to execute our onsite events.

Kelly Evans has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment and corporate sectors planning, managing, and producing a variety of large and small-scale events nationwide. She joined LMG in 2021 as Accounts Manager, 1 Hotel Nashville and oversees A/V sales, operation and execution within the Crossvines event space. Her diverse industry background, attention to detail, and passion for successful client relationships will continue to provide the flawless execution that LMG clients have come know and expect.

Carley Marecle joined LMG, LLC in June of 2022 as Account Executive for the 1Hotel Crossvine Event Space team. She has 8+ years of experience as a videographer, editor and audio-visual technician and 3+ years sales management experience in corporate A/V event planning. Carley enjoys working closely with each client to carefully plan an event that exceeds expectations. As a former soccer player, Carley enjoys following the National Women’s Soccer League and Nashville FC.

John Robinson is an Account Executive with LMG at the Music City Center in Nashville. With over a decade in the audiovisual industry, John brings a comprehensive understanding of event production from his experience in account management, production, and operations. His background allows him to anticipate challenges, streamline communication between technical and client teams, and ensure flawless execution onsite. John partners closely with clients to transform their ideas into immersive, technically sound experiences, leveraging his deep AV knowledge to design solutions that align creativity with precision.
