Nicholson Center for Surgical Advancement’s installation consisted of 19 rooms, including a 6000 sq ft. education center, set up with large scale audio and video presentation systems, AMX controls, with multiple combination modes.
Upon entering the the lobby, a stunning 16 LCD video wall, installed by LMG, with an accompanying sound system acts as digital signage and provides visitors with an immediate "wow" factor. The project included four conference rooms, each with audio, video, control and HD video conferencing. The facility includes two wet, two dry simulation labs with audio, video, control and HD video conferencing and multiple pan/tilt/zoom HD cameras throughout the rooms. All systems are controlled by either local LCD touch screen within each room or via the master control center. This system was designed and installed to be 100% digital, and any source or input can be routed to any LCD display or projector within the building. An HD 3 camera flypack was installed to accommodate mobile productions, when needed.
