ORLANDO, FL – In response to growing demand and to better serve customer’s needs on the west coast, LMG, a national provider of video, audio, lighting, and LED support based in Orlando, FL, has announced and broken ground on a new 23,000 square foot expansion to their Las Vegas location.
“We are excited to be able to offer our production clients a rehearsal space for arena-sized concert tours,” said Les Goldberg, LMG’s CEO. “We have had a lot of success with our rehearsal space in Orlando over the past two years and we are incorporating everything we have learned into our new facility. The number one request we have had from our clients was to make it bigger and we are.”
Construction, which began in January 2019, is expected to be completed by June 2019. This space will feature a new 8,500+ square foot (107 ft. x 80 ft.) rehearsal space that features 52 ft. trim height and the capacity to fit a typical 60 ft. x 40 ft. arena stage with wings.
“Many clients who have utilized our east coast rehearsal space, such as David Blaine, J. Cole, and Paramore, are looking forward to having a larger option on the west coast,” said Craig Mitchell, LMG’s director of touring. “This location will be a great option for any tours starting on the west coast, with a wide range of hotel options for crew & artists and only a 1-hour flight time from Los Angeles.”
This state-of-the-art rehearsal space will include everything a touring crew might need, onsite, for production rehearsals:
- Production office
- Crew lounge
- Previsualization suite
- Washer and dryer
- Artist dressing rooms
- 24-hour access
- 5-minute drive to the airport
